Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy
We gladly welcome exchanges on all purchases within 7 days of product delivery. Exchanges for defective merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic and international orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may only exchange it within 7 days of product delivery.
All items must be unworn with all tags intact. Simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information for an exchange authorization. Once you receive the authorization, Please send it back to us. You can obtain additional return or exchange information by emailing us email@example.com. We can also be reached directly at 323.989.4HER to expedite the exchange process. We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship our product within the continuous lower 48 United States using USPS using a PRIORITY Flat Rate of $10.95 shipping to anywhere in the 48 states. Shipping anywhere else, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other US territories will be considered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International shipping from I AM HER Apparel will be processed via USPS Flat rate shipping only. Please email us if you would like your package shipped using another method. We will advise you of the requested method shipping rate, and do our best to accommodate you.
